Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Mount Sinai, NY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will administer medications, take vital signs, and support residents and families in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

We offer daily pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must hold a current LPN license and be dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to monitor patient outcomes and document care accurately.

Responsibilities
