Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications, take vital signs, and educate residents and families while coordinating with physicians and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities
