Water’s Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Shoreham, NY, is seeking an LPN to provide comprehensive resident care in the Skilled and Long-Term Care units. You will administer medications, monitor outcomes, record vital signs, and educate residents and families.
