Job summary

Autumnwood Of Mc Bain is seeking an LPN to oversee and coordinate resident care across shifts in accordance with regulations and facility policy under the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs and serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities include planning and directing work, assigning tasks, adjusting for staffing and safety, managing calls for replacements, and contributing to evaluations. LPN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• CPR certification or CPR within 90 days of employment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
