Job summary

Willowbrook Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to supervise and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts at our Michigan facility. The role supports CNAs/STNAs and ensures continuity of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing, with a sign-on bonus up to $16,000.

Responsibilities include planning and directing care, reviewing staffing, and performing evaluations while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
• CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
