Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team on a part-time, every-other-weekend basis. The position includes shift availability on Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with a wage range of $30.82 - $36.24 per hour depending on experience.

As an LPN at Harmony Gardens, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for older adults.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of LPN experience required.
• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work in a team.

Position Type: Part-Time, every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend)

• Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Wage Range: $30.82 - $36.24 / hour depending on experience

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Workto coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have 1+ years of LPN experience.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPNlicense.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
