Job summary

Harmony Gardens is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Maplewood, MN. This Cassia community offers a supportive environment focused on growing your career and delivering high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team; prior TCU or LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-related care coordination.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor effectiveness.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized systems.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes; follow up as needed.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the shift.

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Workto coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RNlicense.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Prior experience in TCU or LTC preferred.
