Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on an On-Call basis. Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109. Wage range: $36.25 - $43.25 per hour depending on license.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Prior experience in TCU or LTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and/or treatments per physician's orders; monitor effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager and attending physicians and family members of significant changes; follow up as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range: $36.25 - $43.25 /hour depending on license

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Workto coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications:
