Haven Homes is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in Maple Plain, MN. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a dedicated staff to ensure high-quality care for older adults.

This full-time role offers varying shifts (days/evenings, every other weekend) with wage range $28.00–$34.66 per hour, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth within a nonprofit community that values respect, teamwork, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend. Shifts Available (including every other weekend): Mix of days and evenings: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM. Wage Range: $28.00 - $34.66 / hour, depending on experience. Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359.
