Job summary

Open Circle of Heritage Park is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our adult day program for 16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role pays $28 per hour and is based at 1015 N 4th Ave, Minneapolis, MN.

You will provide compassionate care, support member health, and work in a team‑focused daytime environment. The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota LPN license in good standing, with a preference for those with geriatric experience and strong

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for members, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor members health and act as a liaison with families and health care provided.
• Provide nursing care to individual members.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Part-Time

Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm(flexible)

16 hours a week – Days and hours are flexible – set your schedule!

Pay: $28 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
