Job description

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour. $1200 (Days) & $1750 (Nights) Sign-On Bonus.

Case 1 - Madisonville - School Case: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. Very low acuity, G-tube, Pediatric Patient.

Case 2 - Madisonville: Monday-Thursday, 11 pm - 7 am. Very low acuity, G-tube, Pediatric Patient.

Case 3 - Madisonville: Monday-Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. Very low acuity, G-tube, Pediatric Patient.

Case 4 - Maryville - School Case: 4/3 Rotation 6:30 am - 6:30 pm or Monday-Thursday 6:30 pm - 6:30 am. Very low acuity, G-tube, Pediatric Patient. Increased Rate, Weekend Bonus.

Case 5 - Maryville: 4/3 Rotation 7 am - 7 pm. G-tube adult patient. Weekend Bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
