Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Largo, FL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Aviata at Bryan Dairy, a skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct patient care under supervision of a nurse and contribute to individualized care plans.

This role offers full-time and part-time shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a), opportunities to supervise CNAs, and involvement in Falls and Pressure Sore programs. Prior SNF/Rehab experience preferred; active LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home
• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services and conduct thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status
• Other duties as assigned
