Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Brandon, FL seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Aviata at Oakfield, a skilled nursing facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supervising CNAs, managing Falls and Pressure Sore programs, and conducting medical status evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at Oakfield, a skilled nursing facility in Brandon, Florida. As an LPN at Aviata, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
