Job summary

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-focused care and support a collaborative care team.

Salary: $28 - $33 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations and policies

Qualifications
