Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. You will support the DON and ADON in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida required.
• Experience in nursing home or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing daily operations of the Nursing Department.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance.
• Participate in state surveys, inspections, and regulatory activities.
• Address and investigate concerns or grievances involving nursing personnel and communicate findings to nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to care standards and protocols.

Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily clinical operations while ensuring exceptional care and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and professional performance
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and staff effectiveness
• Participate in state surveys, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
• Address and investigate concerns or grievances involving nursing personnel and communicate findings to nursing leadership
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to care standards and protocols
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident wellbeing and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (required)
• Previous nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
