Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN will support the Director of Nursing and ensure quality resident care.

The role requires Florida RN license, leadership, and ability to supervise staff, conduct rounds, and participate in regulatory activities. All shifts are available, and competitive pay is offered.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily clinical operations while ensuring exceptional care and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in overseeing the daily operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and professional performance

Qualifications
