Job summary

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care across all shifts.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, perform wound care and other nursing tasks, document observations, and maintain HIPAA compliance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the State of Florida required.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs
• Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures
• Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations
