Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents at Lake City, Florida. This full-time role covers the 7 PM–7 AM shift, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will administer medications, assist physicians, monitor vital signs, and contribute to care plans while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Florida LPN license and CPR certification are required, with a minimum of 2 years in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active Florida LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care, rehab, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment abilities, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
