Job summary

Crescent Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations within our skilled nursing facility in Florida. The role ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with established standards and regulations.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
