Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills is currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift team in Zephyrhills, FL.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts, walk-in interviews Tue-Thu from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and a mission to provide top-quality care while fostering growth and development.

Qualifications

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy
