What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to leadership
• Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with care planning and resident wellness initiatives
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborate with caregivers, medication aides, and department leaders to provide exceptional care
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for serving older adults
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
