Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate in-home care across patients in the New Jersey area. The role offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (days, nights, weekends) with 24/7 local support and a tablet-based documentation flow.

Applicants must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, have CPR certification, and meet health requirements; mileage and transportation standards apply.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 30 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
