Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality in-home nursing care. The role offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN positions, with day, night and weekend shifts available in Indiana.

New hires must maintain an active license, complete transfer of compact licenses if applicable, and meet CPR and TB testing requirements. Transport is required for in-home visits, and the company offers growth opportunities and

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients, following physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care provided using electronic documentation tools.
