Job summary

Laurus is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join StoryPoint Independence in Independence, OH. In this Nurse Supervisor role you will lead and train a team of caregivers, evaluate residents, and report changes to physicians, using EHR and EMAR to ensure accuracy and timely care.

The ideal candidate has active LPN licensure in Ohio, prior supervisory experience, and a passion for elder care in assisted living/memory care settings.
