Job summary

StoryPoint Northfield is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to advance to Nurse Supervisor responsibilities. The role emphasizes leadership, care oversight, and team development.

You will supervise caregivers, evaluate residents, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate EHR/EMAR use while communicating compassionately with residents, families, and staff. This is a hands-on role in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse LPN licensure in the state.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and train your team of caregivers.
