Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for day or overnight shifts. Up to $35/hour, full-time and part-time roles available, immediate hiring.

Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families. You will supervise CNAs and collaborate with physicians and the health care team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Availability for day or overnight shifts.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
