Job summary

Fundamental in Henderson, NV is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our clinical team. Shift available: Days, Friday–Sunday. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for new hires who start on or before September 30, 2026.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care under supervision, collecting data, observing and reporting, and guiding other staff as needed. Must be licensed LPN in good standing; 1+ year LTC experience preferred; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Posted Salary Range

USD $26.50 - USD $33.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
