Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate nursing team in a full-time capacity with day/evening shifts. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired full-time LPNs.

Newly hired full-time LPN must start on or before September 30, 2026 to qualify for bonus – apply today! As an LPN, you will work closely with licensed staff to deliver high‑quality patient care, perform data collection, and may supervise other nursing staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - $36.00 per hour.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long‑term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
