Job summary

STAT Home Health in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide nursing and supportive care in patients' homes under the plan of care.

You will coordinate with physicians and the home health team, document services, and ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance. We offer ESOP ownership, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license required.
• Minimum 1-year clinical experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility.
