Job summary

STAT Home Health in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing and supportive care under the direction of the RN in patients' homes or facilities.

You will coordinate with physicians and the home health team, document services, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations while delivering compassionate, reliable care and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their home or facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care under the direction of the RN.
