Job summary

STAT Home Health in Fayetteville, AR is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time or part-time roles. You will provide nursing and supportive care under the direction of a registered nurse and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality home health services.

Eligible candidates hold an Arkansas LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of LPN experience; a sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Duties

• Provide nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN
• Communicate with the attending physicians, other home health team members, and other agencies as needed to coordinate optimal care and use of community resources for the patient/family.
• Document all services provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for home health benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
• Current CPR Certification

• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
