Job summary

STAT Home Health in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will provide nursing and supportive care under the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, document services, and coordinate with the RN and physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes.
