Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for day and night shifts. We offer full-time and part-time positions with walk-in interviews Tuesday–Thursday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• LPN license with Florida credentials.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control and center policies.
• Collaborate with the resident’s interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Identify and report changes in residents’ condition per policy.

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
