Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health provides quality patient care and technical skilled care in the patient's home, within the scope of practice defined by state laws, according to the plan of care, and in coordination with the healthcare team.

• Complete progress notes for each visit and submit daily
• Observe, report, and document patient needs and responses to treatment
• Instruct family members on patient care and maintaining a healthy environment

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in Florida
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to transportation
• CPR certification
