Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care teams. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options for timely earnings.

You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and educate residents and families while collaborating with physicians, NPs and other healthcare professionals. CNAs will be supervised to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
