Aviata at Englewood, a leading healthcare provider in Englewood, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. We offer a $3000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments and full-time 12-hour shifts (6:30p-7a or 6:30a-7p) with weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services.
• Conduct and document evaluations of each resident’s medical status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$3000 sign on bonus to be paid out as the following: $1000 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days, $1000 after 90 days. Full time on 7a-7p only

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
