Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Englewood, Florida, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time role features a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30/60/90 days and requires 7a–7p shifts.

You will provide direct patient care, assist in treatment plans, supervise CNAs, and participate in Falls and Pressure Sore programs. Active LPN license required; SNF/Rehab experience preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

$3000 sign on bonus to be paid out as the following: $1000 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days, $1000 after 90 days. Full time on 7a-7p only

• 500 referral bonus for nurses and c.n.a’s - paid out in 90 days
