Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Englewood, FL. As an RN at Aviata at Englewood, you will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure that our high standards of care are met in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

Registered Nurse, RN - Englewood, FL (Full Time) - $3000 sign on bonus

$3000 sign on bonus to be paid out as the following: $1000 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days, $1000 after 90 days. Full time on 7a-7p only
