Job summary

Forest Hill Health and Rehabiliation in Richmond, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. We offer full-time, part-time roles with shift differentials, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and daily pay access.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other professionals to support residents' well-being. We pride ourselves on an easy onboarding process, comprehensive benefits, and strong mentorship in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and regulations.
• Review patient history and vital signs.
• Coach staff as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
