This isn't just a job-it's a calling. As a PASCO LPN, you'll provide personalized, skilled care and serve as a trusted advocate for your clients. You'll have the freedom to build strong, meaningful relationships while receiving the support of a close-knit clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in clients' homes
• Act as a care coordinator and collaborate with families and providers
• Assess and adjust care plans to best meet client needs
• Travel throughout the Denver metro and Aurora areas to deliver in-home care

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience as an LPN (home health preferred)
• Graduate of a state-approved School of Practical Nursing
• Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and willingness to commute
• CPR certification
• Experience with the disability community is a strong plus!
