Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Delmar Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Delmar, NY.

Starting rate is $21 an hour, with potential for higher pay based on previous LPN experience.

We are now offering a $3,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Base rate ranges from $21.02 to $23.12, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor food and liquid intake and output of Residents.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
