Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care

Position Details
  • Location: Avera Majestic Bluffs/Avera Sister James Care Center
  • Worker Type: Regular
  • Work Shift: Night Shift (United States of America)
  • Pay Range: $24.00 - $48.00, dependent on experience
Position Highlights

LPN Requirements: Active LPN license in the state of practice

Hours: 6pm-6:30am; 20 hours/2 weeks

Pay Scale: LPN: $24.00 - $28.63 - $33.25; RN: $32.00 - $40.00 - $48.00

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive resident care, including reviewing prescriptions, developing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare team.
  • Develop nursing diagnoses and establish care objectives.
  • Educate residents and families about health conditions and self-care.
  • Maintain a safe environment, adhere to infection control policies, and manage supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Supervise and coordinate workflow of nursing assistants and staff.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical or long-term care preferred
