Greenbrier Senior Living is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift to deliver compassionate care to residents. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with full-time night hours and comprehensive benefits.

You will join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality senior care in Vestavia Hills. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, ongoing assessments, and collaborative care planning with the team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in nursing preferred, night shift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care based on each resident's plan of care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and per regulations.
• Monitor residents for changes and communicate concerns promptly.
• Complete resident assessments and clinical documentation.
• Maintain and update individualized care plans.
• Communicate with residents and families about care needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure quality care.
• Provide guidance to caregiving staff as needed.
• Complete documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
• Assist with other resident care tasks as assigned.

What You'll Do

As an LPN at Lark Springs, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide direct nursing care based on each resident's individualized plan of care
• Administer medications according to physician orders and applicable regulations
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Complete resident assessments and required clinical documentation
• Maintain and update individualized care plans
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs and changes in condition
• Work closely with caregivers and other team members to provide consistent, quality care
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to caregiving staff as needed
• Complete documentation and reporting accurately and on time
• Assist with other resident care needs as assigned

What We're Looking For

• One year of nursing experience preferred
