Job summary

Schenectady Center, part of the Centers Health Care family, is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing facility in Schenectady, NY. Base pay ranges from $31 to $37 per hour, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights.

We now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider for faster access to earnings. Requirements include a valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise CNAs.
• Help Residents get dressed and with personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
