Job summary

Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team. The facility is a 120-bed rehab and skilled nursing center on the Warren/Washington county border.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for evenings/overnight shifts, a wage range from $30.77 to $36.01 per hour with a 0.65 shift differential, and Daily Pay through a trusted provider.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents recently admitted.
• Record health details, including vitals & temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat wounds and dressing as required.
• Supervise CNAs.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor food and fluid intake and output.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

DUTIES:

• Collecting required information from new Residents recently admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds as needed.
• Required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
