Job summary

Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The facility offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for evenings/overnight shifts and a pay rate from $29.87 to $34.99 per hour with a $0.65 shift differential.

Responsibilities include collecting information from new Residents, recording health data, administering medications, supervising CNAs, assisting with personal care, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

DUTIES:

• Collecting required information from new Residents recently admitted.

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.

• Treating and dressing wounds as needed.

• Required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.

• Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
