Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing in Virginia is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing facilities and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of nursing assistants. This role offers guaranteed shifts, flexible pay, and full-time or per diem options.

The position requires a Nursing Degree or LPN/LVN training and an active license, with at least 1 year of LPN/LVN experience, including 6 months in SNF.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must have an active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or a valid compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.

• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVNwithAT LEAST 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
