Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing is recruiting for LPN/LVN roles in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and surrounding areas. You will provide direct resident care, supervise aides, and participate in a flexible staffing model with guaranteed shifts and varied contract options.

The position offers daily or weekly pay, full-time or per diem opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Local assignments keep you near home, with 8- or 12-hour shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or a valid compact license.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by nursing assistants.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.

• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVNwithAT LEAST 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
