Shift Seekers Staffing in King, NC is seeking qualified LPNs/LVNs to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities. Join a team focused on flexibility, stability, and respectful support in long-term care settings across local communities.

Choose from 2 to 12‑week contracts with full‑time or per diem options, guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, and the option for daily or weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the employment state (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, with at least 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise daily nursing activities performed by CNAs.
• Support care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.

• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVNwithAT LEAST 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
