Job summary

Aviata Health Group, operating Aviata at Santa Barbara in Cape Coral, Florida, is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our compassionate care team. You will provide direct resident and patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and work under the direction of a professional nurse in a family-oriented environment.

We offer 12-hour shifts (7p-7a) with every other weekend, competitive pay at $35 per hour, overtime opportunities, and benefits including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Candidate must be compassionate and dedicated to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services to residents and patients.
• Document and evaluate each resident’s medical status upon admission and during treatment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
